Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Faulty or Damaged Items

We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include photos of the issue for assessment
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will assist you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

Fair Trade & Handmade Nature

As our products are handmade by artisans, slight variations in colour, texture, and design are part of their unique character and are not considered faults.
